Based in key locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you will work closely with retail partners to maximize product visibility and sales performance. Responsibility
- Drive sales by engaging with customers, demonstrating product features, and promoting brand benefits.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays in retail stores to enhance visibility and appeal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and management to ensure optimal product placement.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or issues to the sales team.
- Conduct in-store promotions, sampling, and demonstrations to boost customer interest and sales.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to share with the sales and marketing teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the brand in assigned locations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, promotions, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced retail environments.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- Knowledge of the local market and consumer preferences in Bali is an advantage.
