Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth in the assigned area.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a sales supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
