Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail display to attract customers.
- Educate customers on the health benefits and unique features of our premium fruit products.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on promotions, new products, and industry trends to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferably in F&B or grocery).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong numerical and cash-handling abilities.
- Passion for health, wellness, and premium food products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software).
- Willingness to work in Kuta, Badung, Bali (relocation support may be discussed).
