Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Provide product information, demonstrate features, and offer personalized recommendations to drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and assist in visual merchandising to enhance product presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining store standards.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
