Responsibility
- Provide personalized customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products that best fit their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate value.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers and solving problems.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic sales software is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (additional languages are an advantage).
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
