Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily station operations, including fuel dispensing, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of station attendants to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including fire safety and fuel handling protocols.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of fuel sales, stock levels, and financial transactions.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment (pumps, tanks, POS systems) and arrange for maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Implement promotional activities and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer retention.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in gasoline station operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of petroleum retail operations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office) and inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
