Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and store layout
- Assist in stocking shelves, pricing products, and managing inventory
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision
- Promote sales and special offers to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Follow company policies and procedures for hygiene and safety
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Strong numerical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
