Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the kiosk, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and digital payments with care.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kiosk area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in restocking products, monitoring inventory levels, and reporting any shortages to the manager.
- Answer customer inquiries about menu items, promotions, and services with enthusiasm and knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Uphold the brand’s values of warmth, hospitality, and excellence in every interaction.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
