Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all equipment is functional.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of shifts and report discrepancies to management.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking items and verifying product availability.
- Promote loyalty programs, discounts, and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
