Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory, and staff productivity.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales, improving customer service, and managing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
