Responsibility
- Host engaging and interactive TikTok Live sessions to promote ANTA Sports products and brand values.
- Develop and execute creative content ideas to boost viewer engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live streams with campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Monitor live chat interactions, respond to audience questions, and foster a positive community atmosphere.
- Track performance metrics (e.g., viewership, engagement rates) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on trending topics, sports culture, and social media best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Represent the ANTA brand professionally, embodying its energy, authenticity, and passion for sports.
- Adhere to platform guidelines and company policies while maintaining a fun, inclusive environment.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian, are a plus).
- Proven experience in live streaming, content creation, or social media hosting (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication, improvisation, and storytelling skills.
- Passion for sports, fitness, or lifestyle content with a genuine interest in engaging with diverse audiences.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a high-quality camera/microphone setup for professional broadcasts.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with peak audience times.
- Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with ANTA Sports or similar brands is advantageous but not required.
