Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring proper change and receipts.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Provide friendly, professional, and prompt customer service to enhance shopping experiences.
- Record all financial transactions, including sales, refunds, and expenses, with precision.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and restocking as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier or retail experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- Honesty, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial data.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items (up to 10 kg).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
