Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting clients warmly and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Assist customers in selecting products, offering expert recommendations, and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle cash registers, manage payments, and reconcile daily sales reports with precision.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and coordinate with the team to ensure product availability.
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to drive customer engagement and revenue.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and participate in training or team meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is advantageous.
- Energetic, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for photography, retail, or consumer products is a bonus.
