Responsibility
- Promote and sell stationery products to retail customers, businesses, and educational institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective outreach and negotiation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outdoor sales, retail, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with stationery products or retail sales is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned regions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, CRM tools).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
