Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on gadget and electronics purchases.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and specifications to drive informed buying decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, receipts, and inventory updates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with inventory management.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Passion for technology, gadgets, or consumer electronics (prior retail experience is advantageous but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong sales orientation with a results-driven mindset and ability to work under targets.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software) or ability to learn quickly.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours as needed.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (preferred).
