Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product inquiries, styling advice, and purchases.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle returns/exchanges professionally.
- Monitor stock levels, restock merchandise, and assist in inventory audits to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promote seasonal collections or special offers.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle products, and delivering outstanding service.
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, inventory software).
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
