Responsibility
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to customers
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques
- Manage daily store operations including cashiering, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are displayed according to brand guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency
- Stay updated on fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotional campaigns
- Assist in stock replenishment, pricing updates, and seasonal inventory counts
- Collaborate with the store team to create an inviting and luxurious shopping atmosphere
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management
- Fashion-forward mindset with a keen eye for styling and trends
