Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Analyze store performance metrics, including ATV (Average Transaction Value), UPT (Units Per Transaction), and conversion rates, to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of retail associates, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Collaborate with regional managers and corporate teams to align store operations with broader business objectives.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics or smart devices sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
