Responsibility
- Execute end-to-end merchandising plans, including product allocation, delivery coordination, and in-store installation.
- Analyze retail performance data to optimize product placement and visual merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and retail standards across all assigned locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising execution and provide actionable feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store managers.
- Prepare detailed reports on merchandising activities, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or sales support, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong understanding of retail execution and in-store marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable merchandising strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and merchandising software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
