Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and fun shopping experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively promote Pop Mart’s collectibles.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
