Responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or sports equipment industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for supplier and team coordination.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for sports and understanding of sports equipment market trends.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
