Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain store appearance by ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and displayed according to company standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
- Participate in promotional activities and in-store events to drive customer engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
