Responsibility
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service to clients purchasing mobile phones and accessories.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales and upsell complementary items.
- Manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and tracking mobile devices and accessories.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a clean, visually appealing counter display to attract and engage customers.
