Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for motorcycle products and accessories in the assigned Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including dealerships, retailers, and individual buyers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions, events, and campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, motorcycle, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography and local business landscape is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and willingness to travel across assigned areas.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, CRM tools) for reporting and data management.
