As a Field Collection Agent, you will play a pivotal role in visiting assigned customers, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships. You’ll be equipped with our proprietary My Vista application to streamline your tasks, track visits, and manage customer data efficiently. Responsibility
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned customers in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to collect payments and verify account statuses.
- Utilize the My Vista application to log visits, update customer records, and generate reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving payment discrepancies, and offering flexible solutions.
- Meet monthly collection targets and maintain a high success rate in payment recovery.
- Collaborate with the internal team to escalate unresolved cases and provide feedback on customer trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations during all field activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new tools, techniques, and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, finance, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in field collections, sales, or customer service roles (preferably in financial services or retail).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and negotiate effectively with customers.
- Familiarity with mobile applications for data entry and reporting (training on My Vista will be provided).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license (required for field mobility).
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas in Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
