As a Roving Merchandiser, you will be the face of our brand in the field, working closely with store managers and sales teams to create an engaging shopping experience for customers. Responsibility
- Visit assigned retail stores to arrange, replenish, and maintain product displays according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to implement promotional activities and sales strategies.
- Conduct regular audits of product placement, pricing, and promotional materials to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Provide feedback and reports on store performance, customer engagement, and competitive activities.
- Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and sales tactics.
- Identify opportunities to enhance product visibility and sales through creative merchandising solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of store visits, inventory checks, and merchandising activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising, sales, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple store visits efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store staff and management.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are preferred.
