Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Maintain inventory control, including stocking, restocking, and organizing merchandise to ensure product availability.
- Assist in visual merchandising to create appealing displays that drive sales and reflect our eco-friendly brand identity.
- Monitor store cleanliness and presentation, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for customers.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and sustainability practices, to educate customers effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles (preferably in eco-friendly or sustainable products).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-conscious living (alignment with our brand values).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
