Responsibility
- Conduct monthly visits to assigned customers based on provided data to ensure service satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Register and utilize the My Vista application to manage customer visits, track interactions, and update records in real-time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Collect and report customer feedback to the management team to improve service quality and product offerings.
- Promote company products and services during visits, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
- Submit accurate and timely reports on visit outcomes, customer feedback, and any issues encountered.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to address customer needs and enhance overall satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or field visiting roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications and basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple visits and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali's geography and local communities is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding regions.
