Responsibility
- Conduct monthly customer visits using provided data to ensure service excellence and relationship building.
- Register and utilize the My Vista application to track visits, update customer information, and report insights.
- Gather and document customer feedback to improve product and service offerings.
- Educate customers on new products, promotions, and company updates during visits.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Achieve monthly visit targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by management.
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions, upholding brand values.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or field visits (retail or FMCG sector preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use mobile applications like My Vista.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of visits efficiently.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license (required for travel across Bali).
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
