Join Crédit Agricole CIB as a Level 3 Unified Communication Services Engineer specializing in messaging infrastructure and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless, enterprise-grade communication solutions for our global financial operations. As an L3 expert, you will lead the RUN (Run-the-Business) activities for our Unified Communication Services, including email, instant messaging, collaboration platforms, and voice services. Your expertise will drive the stability, security, and performance of critical systems that empower our teams worldwide. This role demands a proactive problem-solver with deep technical knowledge in Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Skype for Business, Teams, and hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibility
- Provide L3 support for Unified Communication Services, including troubleshooting complex issues in messaging, voice, and collaboration platforms.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Teams, and Skype for Business environments to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and permanent fixes for recurring technical issues.
- Collaborate with global teams to implement security patches, updates, and upgrades without disrupting business operations.
- Design and enforce best practices for email hygiene, spam filtering, and data loss prevention (DLP).
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools to improve efficiency.
- Document technical procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base articles for L1/L2 support teams.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execute failover/failback procedures for critical systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Unified Communications, with a focus on messaging systems (Exchange, Office 365, Teams).
- Proven expertise in L3 support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for large-scale environments.
- Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures (on-premises + Azure/Office 365).
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, MCSE: Productivity, or ITIL v4 are a plus.
- Experience with email security (Proofpoint, Mimecast, Defender for Office 365) and compliance tools (eDiscovery, retention policies).
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 global support model.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills for cross-regional collaboration.
