Responsibility
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Ensure high availability of IT systems, applications, and services across all workshop locations.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
- Deploy, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as needed to support business operations.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to IT infrastructure and connectivity.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and backup plans to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess IT needs and recommend scalable solutions.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and inventory for compliance and auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a workshop or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and server administration (Windows/Linux).
- Experience with firewall configuration, cybersecurity tools, and endpoint protection.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and performing system diagnostics.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with stakeholders.
