Responsibility
- Develop and maintain advanced data models, dashboards, and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to support sales and operational decision-making.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to define KPIs, metrics, and data requirements for performance tracking.
- Build and deploy predictive and prescriptive analytics models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) to forecast sales, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Automate data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure real-time data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Present insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and compelling narratives.
- Monitor and optimize data quality, integrity, and governance across all datasets and systems.
- Stay updated on emerging data science techniques, tools, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science roles.
- Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, optimization) and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and statistical/machine learning libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills to translate data into business impact.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
