Responsibility
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business units and IT teams to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of functional specifications for IT systems and applications.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT solutions, recommending enhancements as needed.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and tools.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Partner, Functional Analyst, or similar role in a corporate or enterprise environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, system analysis, and IT governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and ERP/CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
