Responsibility
- Design, configure, and maintain Cisco-based network infrastructures, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Manage and optimize Cisco ASA firewalls and ACI environments for enhanced security and scalability.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and support VPNs, VLANs, and other network services.
- Conduct regular network audits, vulnerability assessments, and capacity planning.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
- Document network configurations, policies, and procedures for compliance and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging network technologies and recommend improvements to align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Active CCNA certification (or higher Cisco certifications preferred).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in network engineering, with hands-on expertise in Cisco ASA and ACI.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and switching technologies.
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark) and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other Bali locations as needed.
