Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications and system solutions.
- Conduct system analysis to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Oversee production support, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT projects with business objectives and timelines.
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to streamline development workflows.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, application responsiveness, and infrastructure reliability.
- Develop and enforce coding standards, best practices, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement through technology adoption, automation, and process refinement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in full-stack development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of system architecture, API integration, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Trello) and DevOps practices (CI/CD).
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with financial systems, cybersecurity, and compliance standards (ISO, PCI-DSS) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote setup with occasional on-site requirements in Bali.
