Responsibility
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, servers, and peripherals.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and networks for clients.
- Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and backups to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and upgrade IT solutions.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and client interactions for future reference.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and system usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Engineer, IT Technician, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
