Weāre seeking a dynamic IT Infrastructure Officer to build, manage, and optimize our cutting-edge IT systems, ensuring seamless operations for guests, staff, and digital services.
In this pivotal pre-opening role, youāll design and implement robust network, server, and security infrastructures to support our state-of-the-art facilitiesāfrom high-speed Wi-Fi across the resort to integrated booking and POS systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a frictionless digital experience that aligns with our commitment to excellence.

Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable network, server, and cloud infrastructure to support resort operations.
- Ensure 24/7 uptime for critical systems, including Wi-Fi, POS, PMS (Property Management System), and guest-facing digital services.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures (firewalls, VPNs, access controls) to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions for bookings, payments, and guest services.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide Level 2/3 support for staff and guests.
- Develop disaster recovery and backup protocols to minimize downtime.
- Manage vendor relationships for IT equipment, software licenses, and service contracts.
- Document infrastructure configurations, policies, and SOPs for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or systems engineering.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux servers, Cisco networking, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security tools.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and storage solutions.
- Familiarity with hospitality IT systems (PMS, POS) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
