Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify customer trends, preferences, and pain points.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to implement data-driven strategies.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize customer engagement and retention.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and churn rates.
- Automate data processes and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, actionable format.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools in data analytics and customer insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on customer insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and segmentation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer data platforms is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
