Responsibility
- Manage daily cash flow, liquidity, and foreign exchange operations to ensure optimal financial positioning.
- Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls in alignment with corporate financial goals.
- Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate and currency exposure, through hedging strategies.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions and funding arrangements.
- Prepare accurate financial forecasts, budgeting reports, and variance analyses for senior management.
- Oversee investment portfolios and short-term funding requirements to maximize returns while maintaining liquidity.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including tax and reporting obligations.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve treasury systems, automation, and process efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA, or CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance, with a preference for candidates from the retail industry.
- Proven expertise in foreign exchange, risk management, and liquidity planning.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and banking practices.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to financial challenges.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
