Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of daily, monthly, and quarterly fund accounting reports
- Process and reconcile cash transactions and corporate actions
- Maintain accurate investor records and capital activity tracking
- Support the calculation of net asset values (NAVs) under supervision
- Prepare basic financial statements and regulatory filings
- Assist with audit requests and documentation preparation
- Monitor fund expenses and accruals
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships count!)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
