Responsibility
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability goals.
- Oversee daily financial transactions, budgeting, and expense management to optimize branch performance.
- Build, train, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management, preferably in the automotive, banking, or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
