Responsibility
- Provide first and second-line technical support for trading platform issues.
- Manage incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks.
- Maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurations.
- Assist in user training and onboarding for new trading platform features.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data integrity standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical system support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in financial or trading systems.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms and financial markets.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other incident management frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or work remotely with occasional travel.
