The Resolute Hunter Pte Ltd is expanding its operations in Bali and seeking a dynamic Team Lead to oversee our Trade Finance division. Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of trade finance professionals, ensuring operational excellence.
- Oversee end-to-end trade finance processes, including LCs, guarantees, and structured trade solutions.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies for commodities trading.
- Collaborate with banks, traders, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
- Optimize working capital and liquidity management for trade transactions.
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and international trade regulations.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in trade finance operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Trade Finance, preferably in commodities or banking.
- Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, UCP 600, and ISP98.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa) are advantageous.
- Experience with trade finance platforms (e.g., Bolero, SWIFT) is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
