Responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote vehicle financing and refinancing products to potential customers in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, financial institutions, and individual clients to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in the automotive financing sector.
- Assess client creditworthiness and guide them through the application and approval process for financing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications, disbursements, and repayments.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, interest rates, and industry best practices to provide accurate and compliant advice.
- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and digital campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or credit evaluation within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of credit assessment, loan products, and financial regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and basic financial analysis tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for business purposes.
