Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end invoicing process for EMEA clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update invoicing records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual invoicing reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze invoicing trends, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Liaise with clients to address invoicing inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the implementation of new invoicing systems and technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements related to invoicing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and invoicing procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of EMEA financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
