Responsibility
- Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of travel products tailored to the Asian market, with a focus on China.
- Negotiate and maintain supplier contracts to secure competitive rates and exclusive deals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, demand gaps, and opportunities for new product launches.
- Set and adjust pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align product offerings with promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze seasonal performance, adjusting inventory and pricing to meet demand.
- Ensure all products comply with quality standards and company policies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel product planning, preferably in the Asian market.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiations and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing strategies and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with travel industry trends, especially in China and Southeast Asia.
