Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs (onboarding, leadership, technical, and soft skills) tailored to organizational needs.
- Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis.
- Implement blended learning solutions (e-learning, workshops, mentoring) to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, ROI analysis, and feedback mechanisms to refine programs.
- Partner with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and talent development strategies.
- Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and digital resources in compliance with industry standards.
- Facilitate instructor-led sessions and coach internal trainers to ensure consistent delivery.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in L&D (e.g., microlearning, gamification, AI-driven tools) and recommend innovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in training & development, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proven expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with experience delivering training to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in LMS administration (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone) and data analytics for training metrics.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language is advantageous.
- Certifications in Training & Development (e.g., ATD, CIPD) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a contract-based role.
