Responsibility
- Manage and process all employee administrative documents, including contracts, letters, and legal compliance paperwork.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing staff.
- Administer and maintain accurate attendance and leave records using HRIS or manual systems.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes, including evaluations, feedback sessions, and documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate BPJS (social security) registrations and contributions for all employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and company standards.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support talent development and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, employee relations, or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and employment contracts.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Experience with payroll systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and employee development frameworks.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
