Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes in collaboration with finance teams.
- Conduct performance reviews, employee relations activities, and conflict resolution to foster a productive work environment.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and wellness programs.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the FMCG, manufacturing, or food technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
