Responsibility
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of specialized security systems, including access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
- Coordinate with government agencies, customs authorities, and international stakeholders to ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory standards.
- Lead technical projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of ICQC systems to identify vulnerabilities, recommend improvements, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system operations, maintenance, and emergency response.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and cross-functional teams on system functionalities, security best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend upgrades and innovations that enhance security and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Diploma holders with extensive experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in high-security environments such as airports, ports, or government facilities.
- Proven expertise in security systems integration, ICQC processes, and technical project management.
- Strong knowledge of international security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, TSA, IATA) and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in technical documentation, CAD software, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Certifications in security systems (e.g., ASIS CPP, CompTIA Security+) or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Willingness to work in Denpasar, Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel or on-call duties as required.
